  If I could give no stars I would. I started with Dr Robertson’s practice as my urgent care doctor last year because my primary doctor is an hour away. Everything seemed fine then, I go in as a walk-in I’m seen 30 or 40 minutes later they give me some kind of medication that’s it. More recently I became diagnosed with papilledema by my optometrist. Who recommended I see my primary care doctor to see about having an MRI or lumbar puncture done. So I decided to transfer my care to Dr Robertson because he was closer to my house and he made it seem like in our last appointment that he wanted me to become a patient of his because he even stated I’d like to see you again. So at the beginning of January 2018 I transferred my care to Dr Robertson’s office and made an appointment to go over the diagnoses that my optometrist gave me. He referred me to Dr. a Knapp Who is an ophthalmologist not exactly the specialist I needed. Instead of reading the report that my optometrist wrote stating I needed to see a NEURO ophthalmologist. Wasting my time, I got to this apt and wouldn’t you know, the ophthalmologist came in and canceled my appointment. Said I’ve already been diagnosed I need to see the neuro ophthalmologist and have an mri done. So about a week went by I tried calling Dr Robertson’s office and center for sight getting no responses and having no communication from the doctor about what I’m supposed to do with me losing my eyesight. I called this past Friday to see about getting some kind a note for work, as I cannot drive at night because I can’t see out of one eye and I wear glasses already. The nurse practitioner gets on the phone after I’d been transferred three times and left on hold for 15 minutes, and says the doctors not in there’s nothing she can do for me and to call back on Monday. And I explained what am I supposed to do in the meantime. She says if I don’t like it I can leave the practice. It’s been 4 weeks now and I have only just got an mri completed because of dr Knapp’s office helped me even though I wasn’t a patient of theirs. I’m having issues with my optometrist office Center for sight because their lack of communication as well but that’s another review. All in all I would not recommend this doctors office as the doctor spoke rudely to me over the phone kept interrupting me and yelling that I was wrong about everything and I was rude because I needed to know what was going on with myself. I am not from here originally but everyone I talk to have had nothing but bad experiences with him and the office. I hope this is helpful and no one has to go thru this headache for good health care.
